Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all daily cage operations, including cash handling, exchanges, and financial transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cage cashiers, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash flows, resolving discrepancies and preparing accurate reports.
- Maintain the security and integrity of all cage assets and confidential information.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash handling or cage operations, preferably within a casino or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and internal control procedures is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
