Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of all necessary export documentation and customs forms.
- Coordinate efficiently with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments to arrange timely shipments.
- Track and monitor the status of export orders from dispatch to delivery.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all export activities and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the export team as required.
Requirements
- Proven organizational and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of shipping procedures and international trade is preferred.
