Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Track and trace shipments diligently, providing timely updates to relevant parties.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities, inventory, and related documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a shipping or logistics coordination role, preferably 2+ years.
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, documentation, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
