Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations to ensure smooth functioning and optimal customer experience.
- Oversee product display, merchandising, and cleanliness standards within the showroom.
- Guide and support showroom staff, ensuring high levels of service and product knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting Hira Industries’ construction products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the supply chain team for stock management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in showroom management or a similar retail/sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction industry products (HVAC, rubber, insulation) is a plus.
- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
