Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a premium customer experience for all visitors.
- Manage inventory display, vehicle presentation, and maintain impeccable showroom cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Train new sales staff and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in automotive sales or showroom supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and customer preferences in the UAE.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
