    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management and project teams.
    • Organize, file, and maintain project documentation, records, and reports accurately.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for site personnel.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
    • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site.
    • Manage general office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

    Requirements
