Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management and project teams.
- Organize, file, and maintain project documentation, records, and reports accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for site personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site.
- Manage general office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Requirements
