Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct on-site snagging inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Identify construction defects, finishing issues, and deviations from design specifications.
- Verify compliance with approved plans, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with inspection technicians to ensure thorough inspections and accurate reporting.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians regarding defect identification, severity, and resolution priorities.
- Prepare detailed snagging reports with clear documentation, photographs, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site inspection, civil engineering, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
- Experience in snagging, defect identification, and quality assurance.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members.
