Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all civil engineering aspects of construction projects on-site.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor site progress, identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare and review detailed technical reports, plans, and project documentation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant local regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
