Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the on-site construction of metal structures, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality control for all metalwork aspects.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications related to metal constructions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the construction phase.
- Prepare regular site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision, specifically with metal structures.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant Greek building codes and standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
