Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and report on site performance effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Site Engineer, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
