Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure project progress and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate project records.
• Resolve technical issues on-site promptly and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a demanding construction environment.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Strong commitment to upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
