Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Monitor the quality of work and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise on site promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare regular progress reports, document site activities, and manage site records.
- Ensure strict implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on the construction site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably at a mid-senior level in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including AutoCAD and project management applications.
