Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage MEP site activities to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders on MEP installations.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress monitoring for MEP systems.
- Ensure all MEP work adheres to safety standards, local regulations, and project timelines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation related to MEP works.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer with a focus on MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Familiarity with relevant local and international MEP codes and standards.
