Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and progress of assigned projects.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting on any deviations.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in project delivery, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
