Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for site operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision and construction.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
