Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site supervision of diverse infrastructure projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Ensure project execution adheres strictly to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, and various stakeholders for seamless project progression.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets diligently, providing regular reports on progress and potential issues.
• Implement and enforce Zutari’s best practices in engineering and advisory services.
• Conduct thorough site inspections, preparing detailed reports on project status and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in site supervision for large-scale infrastructure projects (5 years+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles across sectors such as Transport, Water, or Buildings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment in the UAE.
• Relevant degree or professional certifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable engineering practices.
