Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations: coordinate trades, monitor progress, enforce sequence of work, and maintain productivity to meet project schedule.
• Implement and enforce site safety and quality control procedures; conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions are tracked to closure.
• Manage subcontractor performance and on-site workforce: assign tasks, monitor workmanship, and validate work against drawings and specifications.
• Control materials and equipment on-site: verify deliveries, maintain inventory records, and report shortages to project management.
• Review drawings and method statements; raise site queries (RFI) and coordinate with engineering/QA teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress photos, and handovers; support fortnightly progress reviews with the project team.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven on-site supervision experience on building projects within the GCC/UAE market.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and site quality procedures.
• Valid safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or equivalent) and demonstrated safety management experience.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and site documentation tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to work full-time on site.
