Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site activities for fit-out, joinery, and aluminum projects.
- Ensure project execution adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Manage material delivery, inventory, and equipment allocation efficiently.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in fit-out, joinery, or aluminum works.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and basic computer applications.
