Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and navigate vessels according to maritime regulations.
• Manage vessel crew and ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols.
• Plan and execute voyages, considering weather, currents, and navigational hazards.
• Maintain vessel logs and records accurately.
• Oversee cargo operations and ensure secure loading and unloading.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of vessel equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Skipper’s license and certifications.
• Extensive experience in maritime navigation and vessel operation.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of maritime laws and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency in using navigation equipment and communication systems.
