    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and nurture robust relationships with SME clients to understand and meet their financing needs.
    • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and onboarding prospective SME clients in target sectors.
    • Present and articulate FlapKap’s innovative financing products effectively to clients.
    • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and promoting retention and growth.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and efficient service delivery.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and identify opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within SME financing or a related financial sector.
    • Demonstrated understanding of the financial needs and operational challenges faced by SMEs.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client trust.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
