Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with SME clients to understand and meet their financing needs.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and onboarding prospective SME clients in target sectors.
- Present and articulate FlapKap’s innovative financing products effectively to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and promoting retention and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and identify opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within SME financing or a related financial sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of the financial needs and operational challenges faced by SMEs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client trust.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
