Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer conversations and sales inquiries across various social media platforms.
- Support the automation of sales workflows and daily operations for diverse merchant clients.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
- Strong interest in social commerce, AI technology, and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a preference for Khmer and English proficiency.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Telegram, and TikTok.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
