Job Overview

Mohamed Hilal Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator in Sharjah to lead channel management
and craft vibrant, bilingual (Arabic/English) content across platforms. You’ll own the social calendar, produce photo/video
content (including in-store shoots), and drive digital engagement to grow brand awareness across the Group’s luxury retail
and F&B concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement platform-specific social strategies.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars (posts and stories).
• Write compelling Arabic and English captions; translate as needed.
• Capture and produce in-store photo and video content.
• Launch and scale on emerging platforms (TikTok, Snapchat).
• Set and track KPIs; deliver monthly analytics reports.
• Monitor trends to ensure cultural and digital relevance.
• Manage community interactions and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven social content creation experience.
• Strong bilingual copywriting skills (Arabic and English).
• Hands-on photography and videography skills.
• In-depth knowledge of platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
