Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with brand identity.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphics, reels, and short-form video production.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Experience in paid ads management is a plus.
• Background in building materials, interior design, or construction industries is an advantage.
