Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and brand values.
  • Manage and grow Trust In SODA’s presence across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, to attract talent and promote company culture.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance data to identify trends and optimize content for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the recruitment or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to develop engaging content and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working with B Corp principles or a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, global team.
