Job Overview

Whizz HR is seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing & SEO Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You’ll shape the brand’s online presence for a modern, design-forward interior design firm—creating engaging content, improving SEO performance, and telling compelling visual stories to grow organic reach and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish platform-native content across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Maintain a social media content calendar aligned with campaigns and project timelines.
  • Optimize website/blog content for SEO (on-page/off-page) to drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
  • Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, keyword rankings).
  • Collaborate with design and photo/video teams to produce brand-aligned visuals.
  • Stay current on trends in digital marketing, SEO, and social algorithms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interaction.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year experience in social media marketing and/or SEO (internships/freelance welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Familiarity with platform best practices and content creation.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Creative eye for design/branding (interior design industry is a plus).
  • Independent, adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Nice to have: Canva/Adobe/scheduling tools; basic WordPress/CMS skills.
