Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute DFW’s social media content strategy across multiple platforms.
- Engage with passengers and the public, responding to inquiries and comments promptly.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activities.
- Develop compelling content (text, image, video) that aligns with DFW’s brand voice.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities on social media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and crisis communication.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
