Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily execution of Soft FM services, including cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping.
- Ensure all services meet established quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage and coordinate the Soft FM service teams and external contractors.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols within assigned areas.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and maintain accurate service records.
- Promptly respond to service requests and effectively resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising Soft FM services or related facilities management roles.
- Strong understanding of facilities management best practices and operational procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
