Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Workiva’s GRC solutions in the Iberia region.
- Engage with finance, accounting, sustainability, risk, and audit professionals to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate the Workiva platform’s capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in GRC or related fields.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, risk, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
