Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions for knowledge base and future reference.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and software applications.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve fundamental technical problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required, with basic English for technical documentation beneficial.
