Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new accommodation partners to expand direct contracting.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with hotel suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation providers.
- Ensure contractual agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the accommodation market and supplier landscape.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed sourcing decisions.
- Familiarity with travel technology platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
