Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Demonstrated expertise in various culinary techniques and international cuisines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control.
