Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of spa areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing facilities.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in all spa areas.
- Assist guests with locker access, robes, and slippers.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the spa.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the supervisor.
