Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Air Traffic Services (ATS) training programs.
- Act as an Air Traffic Control (ATC) Instructor, providing theoretical and practical instruction.
- Assess and evaluate trainee performance to ensure compliance with GCAA and international standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance training curriculum and methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the GCAA’s aviation safety and security framework.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Control (ATC) or ATS operations.
- Hold relevant ATC Instructor certifications and qualifications.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of ICAO standards and recommended practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
