Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Air Traffic Services (ATS) training programs.
  • Act as an Air Traffic Control (ATC) Instructor, providing theoretical and practical instruction.
  • Assess and evaluate trainee performance to ensure compliance with GCAA and international standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance training curriculum and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the GCAA’s aviation safety and security framework.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Control (ATC) or ATS operations.
  • Hold relevant ATC Instructor certifications and qualifications.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of ICAO standards and recommended practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
