Key Responsibilities
- Process and investigate insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders regarding claims status.
- Ensure all claims adhere to Daman’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report potential fraudulent claims or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of all claims activities and decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims processing or a related insurance field.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and claims management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using claims management software and office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
