Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to align on demand plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential supply chain risks.
• Utilize advanced analytics and statistical tools for demand planning optimization.
• Prepare and present demand forecasts and performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical modeling.
• Experience with demand planning software and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
