Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain an organized document control system for all projects.
  • Ensure timely distribution, retrieval, and archiving of project documents.
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures and company standards.
  • Monitor document approval workflows and track document revisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Prepare and generate reports on document status and control activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in document control, preferably in a logistics or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of document control principles and systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for document management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
