Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fatigue risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments of crew scheduling to identify and mitigate fatigue risks.
- Collaborate with flight operations and HR to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and guidance on fatigue management best practices.
- Analyze incident reports related to fatigue and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes in fatigue risk management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fatigue risk management or a related safety field within aviation.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and human factors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.
- Degree in Aviation Management, Human Factors, or a related field is preferred.
