Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues to internal staff and clients.
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding IT services and system functionalities.
  • Diagnose and resolve common network connectivity, application, and operating system problems.
  • Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior IT specialists or relevant departments.
  • Assist with basic system administration tasks, including user account management and access rights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced banking environment.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), network concepts, and Microsoft Office applications.
