Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services.
• Develop and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Monitor contract performance and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities and contract statuses.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in a government or healthcare setting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
