The National Insurance Company – Daman is seeking a Specialist, Software Development to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions for various insurance products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in software development, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
