Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for business units within AD Ports Group.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate long-term plans to enhance trade and logistics propositions across all clusters.
- Collaborate effectively with various clusters including Digital, Economic Cities, Logistics, Maritime, and Ports to ensure strategic alignment.
- Monitor performance against established strategic goals and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Prepare comprehensive strategic reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A deep understanding of the transportation, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
- Proficiency in strategic planning methodologies and tools.
