Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of special projects and major grants from inception to closure.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations, World Vision policies, and national financial guidelines.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and financial accountability.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and external donors.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to project teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate external audits and support internal control mechanisms for all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an NGO setting with large grants.
• Strong knowledge of international donor regulations (e.g., USAID, FCDO, UN agencies).
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
