Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Splunk solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and dashboard development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Splunk deployments and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support.
- Develop and deliver technical training and documentation for Splunk users and administrators.
- Stay abreast of the latest Splunk features, industry trends, and security best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Splunk Solutions Engineer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI).
- Strong understanding of data sources, indexing, parsing, and search language (SPL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified Administrator, Architect) are highly desirable.
