Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural components for various projects.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes, standards, and specifications.
- Perform structural calculations, prepare detailed drawings, and review technical documents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with other engineering disciplines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Thorough knowledge of relevant international engineering codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven contract environment.
