Key Responsibilities

• Assess and process hospital claims received via fax with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise directly with hospitals and medical providers to verify claim details and secure necessary documentation.
• Ensure all claims assessments comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding claim status and resolutions.
• Identify and escalate complex or high-value claims to senior management for expert review and decision-making.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for claims assessment processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claim Assessor, with a focus on hospital claims preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
