    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for facility and logistics services.
    • Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance evaluation.
    • Ensure the cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery of all required goods and services.
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs and optimize procurement processes.
    • Monitor market trends and technological advancements to identify innovation and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical procurement standards.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience in facilities and logistics procurement, preferably at a senior level.
    • Exceptional negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying cost-saving initiatives.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
