Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for facility and logistics services.
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance evaluation.
- Ensure the cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery of all required goods and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs and optimize procurement processes.
- Monitor market trends and technological advancements to identify innovation and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical procurement standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in facilities and logistics procurement, preferably at a senior level.
- Exceptional negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying cost-saving initiatives.
- Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
