Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the business goals of Celebration Key.
- Oversee all facets of HR operations, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to management and staff at the destination.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR budgets, reporting, and analytics for effective decision-making.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in human resources management, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or cruise industry.
- Profound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation in The Bahamas.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR programs and policies.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
