Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of demand forecasts and supply plans.

Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
