Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international EHS regulations and standards.
- Lead EHS risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee and deliver effective EHS training and awareness programs for all employees.
- Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance across projects and operations.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate EHS requirements into planning and execution phases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in EHS management, preferably within EPC or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing robust EHS management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of local (UAE) and international EHS regulations and best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a strong safety culture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders.
