Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for Marketing and Human Resources categories.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance service quality.
- Manage vendor relationships, performance, and contract negotiations for key suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in procurement processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ethical procurement practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with significant exposure to Marketing and Human Resources categories.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and complex contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software, e-procurement platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
